Ramsay Duff is a Partner of HM Corporate Solutions, and provides advice to corporate clients on a wide range of matters including: strategy, acquisitions & disposals, fundraisings, buy-outs and restructurings. Ramsay is a Chartered Accountant with considerable corporate finance experience, most recently with ING Barings in Edinburgh, as well as having worked in industry at Finance Director level and is well known in the corporate advisory market in Scotland.

Sukhjit Dhaliwal
Sukhjit Dhaliwal joined HM Corporate Solutions in March 2007 as Associate to Ramsay Duff. Sukhjit graduated from Glasgow University with a degree in Mathematics in 1997 and also holds an MSc. in Business & Management from Strathclyde Graduate Business School. Sukhjit worked in Corporate Finance, specialising in assisting businesses with strategy, planning and fundraising before moving into the public sector and Scottish Enterprise Investments where she was involved with a large number of investments into SME's.

Paula Skinner
Paula Skinner joined the firm in January 2005 as an assistant to Ramsay Duff amd provides advice to clients on various corporate matters. She also assists Harper Macleod Corporate Partner, Donald Munro. Paula graduated from Stathclyde University with a law degree in 2000. Paula has spent time working at a VC in-house and also worked for the public sector where she was involved with a large number of small to medium sized companies.
