Management Buy-out
HM Corporate Solutions was approached by the Managing Director of this £7 million turnover manufacturing business. He wished to buy-out the interests of the controlling family shareholders. HM Corporate Solutions, working in conjunction with Harper Macleod, structured a package comprising retained preference shareholdings for certain existing shareholders together with a funding package from Clydesdale Bank and project managed the buy-out to completion.
